Not all carpet cleaners are created equal. At H & H Carpet Cleaning we take the time to do all of the industry-recommended steps to get your carpets as clean as possible— from vacuuming beforehand to placing fans as we complete work to speed up the drying process.

Step 1: Pre-Inspection

We want to know what is most important to you before we begin any job. Pet odor concerns? Special stains? Dry times? We’ll walk through your home and discuss the work, let you know what results we think we can (and sometimes can’t!) achieve so there are no surprises at the end—only thoroughly cleaned carpet, tile, and upholstery.

Step 2: Vacuum & Edge

Vacuuming and edging with our commercial vacuums removes dry soil and other particulate matter before water gets introduced into the equation.

STEP 3: Pre-Spray & Gently Scrub

All of our cleaning solutions are safe for kids and pets. Once applied, we gently agitate the carpet using a special machine that helps separate the soil from the fibers and pull up any deeply embedded hair, dander, and other

Step 4: Hot Water Rinse & Extraction

Here’s where the magic happens. Extremely hot water and powerful suction extract soil and residue from the deep within the carpet, leaving nothing but your clean, soft carpet behind. We use a number of different extraction tools depending on the type of carpet and soil load present.

Step 5: Fast drying

Even before we put fans down to help your carpet dry, we take the time to perform dry passes with our extraction equipment. The more moisture we can pull out of the carpet, the faster you can get back to enjoying the comforts of home.
